Mama and Beau went to Once Upon a Child and Beau picked out this beautiful pink stroller. There was a blue one but he preferred the pink. He has been obsessed with this 'bay---beee-' for a few days, insisting that he sleep with the baby and calling for the baby when he can't find her. Mama forgot to put baby in his crib last night and Beau woke up at 5:55 (usual time 7:15) and looked at mama and asked "Bay-beeee?" I will get it on tape- his voice is shockingly high as compared to his original baby grunts. So- you can imagine his excitement when baby got a stroller. This toy has already paid for itself 100X. He can maneuver the stroller all around. As you can see- lamby must be close by too- either in the mouth or riding along side the baby. I take this as a sign that Beau might like the new baby... One can dream.
I am feeling much better- 12 weeks!

You're smart to have him play with a baby already, I'm sure he will do fine. I thought for sure Anthony would put Maria out in the garbage when she came home but he's never done anything but love her. And twelve weeks! Yay!

That is awesome! He and Josie will have to get together and walk their babies. Every kid should have a baby doll!
I got my Beau a baby and a stroller in my first trimester, too, and my husband about had a heart attack. I also found the stroller at OUAC, but it is red and black (actually the only one they had). It has been great practice for Beau--and it looks like for your Beau, too! Hopefully it will all pay off, and we will find out soon enough because tomorrow I go in at 6p to be induced!! Sooo glad you are feeling better--that first trimester is so hard!
Oh goodness, it's clearly been too long since I've checked your blog! CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy!! I'm sure Beau will be a wonderful big brother!
