5 Months

With Mama Lou who was visiting from Leland, Michigan and will be moving here in the fall. We are so excited to have her so close.

I can't believe he has been here for 5 months. I guess because he is the second and also because he has always been a good sleeper, the time has flown by. He is still so happy and easy going. We started letting him 'cry' in his bed. The good news is- there is almost no crying, only a little fussing from time to time. He is so happy. If you look at him, he smiles with his mouth wide open and often will pump his little monkey fist. He likes to grab and 'eat' his toys. He is so chubby. We have just started giving him rice cereal- I held out as long as I could. He was nursing over 12X a day for a few days so I tried to offer him something besides his mama but now he is back to nursing about 8 times. He takes 3-4 naps and sleeps from about 9:30-7:00. What a champ.
