Christmas!

We had a wild Christmas. I have to admit that it was long. We were gone from Christmas Eve until tonight. There were many, many 'unsuccessful' moments- not much sleeping, some bleeding (Beau's concrete faceplant), some grouchiness (all of us) and a lot of getting things, holding people, 'trying' to talk etc. I'm afraid that in all of those less than perfect moments, I forgot to appreciate what God has given my family. We are so lucky to have so many people close by that love our family. We appreciate the presents but mostly the snuggles, the getting the 'right' sippy cup, the changing of the stinky, the playing piano for the dance party, the cousins who fight and make up and the temporary relief you give Ryan and I as parents. It is awesome to be creating Christmas for my family and we are so blessed to be able to give them a piece of what our parents gave us and their parents gave them. I am grateful every day... tired most days and reminded of God's love every day by these beautiful boys faces. Merry Christmas.
There was dancing--- a lot of it.
Nom and a very tired Leland who is obsessed with the piano.
Mamas
Ryan's Uncle Paul and Leland
Nana and Leland... One of my favorite photos. I love my new camera.
Beau can not get enough of Uncle MatthewThere was very little sitting still
Ava, Leland's second cousin. She is 3.5 and really tall and that baby still has a bigger head.
Smith boys... being lazy ;)
