We had a great Christmas. We juggle a bit but it's so fun to see so much of family. The kids were sooo spoiled and had so much playing (mostly wrestling). We had to put our dog Jake to sleep (I am still working on his post) on monday and I really struggled this week. I felt so sad to lose him and really leaned on my friends and family. I thought a lot about sadness and grief, my work and my love for this lovely animal. We said goodbye to him- I had a few days of really struggling and then the distraction and joy of Christmas took over. I was more grateful than ever for the holidays and for my family.
