Beau had his first day of school today. Once again, he has a teacher that I had when I was in preschool. He had to be sort of tackled when I left but I am told he recovered quickly. I admit I found it slightly amusing to see the 60 year old teachers wrestling my stubborn boy. 0
This year he will stay for 6 hours a week, one short morning and one longer one. He will have field trips and gets to take his lunch on thursdays. What a big boy. Leland and I began our music class today. It is officially the first 'thing' I have done with Leland. He looooooved it and cracked me up. I am once again reminded of his sweet easiness. He starts school on monday (for 2 hours) and he will surely flunk. He has been crying, well screaming, when he suspects he is about to be left. We went to school, music class, to the park and are now 'resting'... I love the structure and I am glad to see the summer end.
